I have been pondering what must be accomplished to be selected for the Nobel Peace Prize? To me the latest farce with Albert “Gorical” Gore being awarded the peace prize makes the bile rise in my throat.
How could a “global warming” alarmist win a peace prize when Irena Sendler a true hero and a former Polish Government official during World War II did not! Irena now 97 yrs old, saved 2500 Jewish children from the Warsaw Ghetto from 1942-until her discovery by Nazi authorities. She used her position as a Jewish Government official to enter the Ghetto at will and smuggle one child out at a time. She placed the children with Catholic Charities and Polish families that were willing to risk their own safety to save the children. Irena was eventually caught and tortured and was scheduled to be executed, but her polish supporters came up with enough money to bribe her guards to let her go and fake her execution.
If the panel had used any normal form of measurement to select a Peace Prize winner, Irena would have won unanimously over Gore! However, I guess I shouldn’t expect anything less from an organization that was funded by a man seeking redemption for inventing Dynamite and other explosives.
I agree with you. I think my respect for the Nobel Peace Prize Foundation just dropped lower than the basement.

Al Gore, what a knucklehead. He looses me everytime I hear about him flying around the world in private jets to attend a GLOBAL WARMING event!
